LayerZero, the bridge protocol for interoperability, has now sent 50 million messages across various blockchains.

The announcement comes after LayerZero labs, the team behind LayerZero , raised $120 Million in less than three months from 33 investors, including Andreessen-Horowitz, Christie’s auction house, Sequoia Capital, and Samsung Next.

LayerZero’s milestone highlights that crypto users are still willing to conduct token swaps and transfer liquidity across chains, despite possible vulnerabilities.

According to data from blockchain analytics company Chainalysis, bridge exploits will account for more than 2 billion dollars in stolen assets by 2022.
