ZachXBT, the blockchain detective who is popular amongst crypto community members and businesses, has received over $1 million worth of stablecoins and other tokens from prominent businesses and the crypto community. ZachXBT will be fighting defamation claims.

Data obtained from, the on-chain analysis tool Nansen shows ZachXBT received USDC, tether (USDT), and dai (DAI), as well as memecoins like JESUS and Pepe from hundreds of wallets.

Among others, Tron creator Justin Sun and crypto exchange Binance are among the backers. The majority of the funds received were on Ethereum’s blockchain. Smaller amounts came from Arbitrum, BNB Chains, Optimisms, Polygons, and Fantom based Tokens.

The blockchain data indicates that ZachXBT moved the funds from one address to another as of Monday.

NFT trader MachiBigBrother (also known as Jeffrey Huang ) last week sued ZachXBT an independent blockchain detective after the on-chain detective published a report alleging Huang embezzled millions of dollars in crypto last year.

According to the lawsuit filed Friday at the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Texas by ZachXBT, he “inflicted serious reputational harm and financial harm” to MachiBigBrother. According to the complaint, ZachXBT is facing one count of defamation and one count libel.

ZachXBT at the time asked his followers to support the legal fees associated with the lawsuit. The goal was to raise a minimum of $1 million.
