Eli Lilly & Co.’s shares LLY rose 2% in premarket trading on Thursday after the company reported first-quarter earnings that showed a revenue beating and increased its full-year forecast. The company reported a net income of $1.49 per share for the first quarter, down from $2.10 per share in the previous period.
