The House Subcommittee on Commodity Markets, Digital Assets, and Rural Development released the list of witnesses for Thursday’s hearing on regulatory gaps in crypto spot market regulation.

On the panel, former Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chair Timothy Massad is a Harvard Kennedy School research fellow and director of M-RCBG Digital Assets Policy Project.

Purvi Maniar is the general counsel of institutional crypto trading platform FalconX. Nilmini Rubin is the head of global policy for decentralized proof-of stake ledger Hedera. The panel is completed by Daniel Davis, a partner of law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and its co-chair for Financial Markets and Regulation, and Joseph Hall, a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.

The hearing will begin at 2 pm on Thursday. ET.
