It priced its increased initial public offering at $35 per share on Tuesday, which was above the previously proposed price range between $32 and $34. Il Makiage, the company that owns Il Makiage, sold 12.1 millions shares for $423.5 at a valuation $1.98 billion. The offering consisted of 1.8 millions Class A shares with one voting right and 10,4 million Class B share sold by shareholders who are selling their shares. The company won’t receive any proceeds if the stockholders sell their shares. The shares will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker “ODD” later today. The company is profitable, and its revenue is increasing. The Renaissance IPO ETF IPO +0.56% is up 45% year-to-date, while the S&P 500 is up 18.6%.
